Hanoi Calista Hotel

Location was good. close proximity to sight seeing and lots of nice restaurants. I liked our spacious room compared to few other hotels we stayed in Vietnam on our trip. The helpfulness of your staff was exceptional. Attended to all our calls promptly and satisfactorily.

Breakfast can be improved.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spa on site was also great, breakfast was wonderful!

Great friendly staff who really go out of was to help you with all needs. Good location and good sized rooms for overnight stays.

Great location and clean rooms. Wish the washing machine would work 100%. Very friendly and courteous staff going out of their way to assist

The location is central but quiet

The breakfast room is not in the hotel. You have to walk 100-200 meters to reach a separate building. The room is quite smelly of food, better air system would be appreciated. We had a problem with the safe box in our room which was not promptly resolved.

The staff were amazing- friendly and helpful. Great location on a quiet side street. Comfortable rooms, family friendly.

The hospitality and the breakfast especially Tracy who helped us a lot

Calm place to rest from the madnessof the streets of Hanoi. Not even morning loudspeakers brodcasting bothers you. And all staff and their attention is amazing.

The staff are fantastic! Super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a very early flight so they even packed a take away breakfast when we left.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location

This is the best hotel staff I've ever seen. They helped with our luggage, were very attentive, and allowed us to pay at any time. The staff was very polite and attentive to our requests. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to all the sites. The staff are exceptional. They looked after our arrangements from booking tours to massages and transportation.

You get so much more value for your money. We booked for 6 nights and everything went well from the room, amenities and especially the staff. They are all friendly, competent, and ready to help when you need assistance on anything. Special thanks to Ms AMANDA she is so kind and friendly and can give a lot of suggestions. Our room is cozy comfortable and always clean. Unfortunately i was not able to take photo of room. Since our flight was in the morning, we left at 530am and they prepared for us take away breakfast! The staffs during breakfast are also kind.

the staff here are wonderful. they are young, enthusiastic, and always attentive.

Although the room is quite old, it was cleaned daily. Breakfast didn’t have many options but enough. this 10 is for the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.

Very friendly service and good advice with lots of recommendations on where to go and where to eat! Laundry service was very useful and massage below was also very good!

Staff was exceptional! Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, plus a great location for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located on a quiet street amidst the busy Old Quarter. I booked an apartment room for my family. The room is quite old but cleaned daily. Breakfast is simple yet offers plenty of choices. I really appreciate the way the staff treat the guests, you all have such passionate hearts. Thank you !

I booked an apartment, so the staff took me to the sister hotel. All the staff were helpful and smiling. The room was clean and serviced daily. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed.

The facilities need upgrading, and the safe in room 501 was not working.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The place is very clean and conveniently located near plenty of food options and attractions. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially Tracy and Alex – they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My family truly loved our time here and we would definitely want to come back.
